Very friendly dentist and staff. Took time to explain everything. I had teeth that other dentists said had to come out and be replaced with dentures due to years of medication damage. They were able to let me keep most of my teeth and made them look better than they have in decades! Highly recommend!

The staff and Renee at Aspen Dental put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. They explained things and treated me with great respect. The whole experience made me wish I would have gone years ago! If you've ever had a bad experience with a dentist forget about it, at Aspen Dental you won't be judged!

I didn’t like waiting 2 hours cause I literally would get moved from one room to another and then wait wait wait just to be told my insurance did not cover dentures which does not make sense cause I was going with affordable dentures in Huntington then I moved but they had to get a pre authorization first to know if they paid and they did. So something does not make sense so I guess I need to call my Insurance and see myself which I shouldn’t have to do. But the staff were all very nice.

My own experience was indeed good πŸ‘ in that staffing from office, to prep and surgery, post op ad well as follow πŸ‘ up were informative and systematic...ideally no denture will fit perfectly, as swelling, healing and limited diet are part of the healing process....right now. I am on day #6 of the post op....originally I got used to Nutrabulleting my food with 2yrs of teeth breaking off(5teeth), after having 5 teeth extractions ,about 15 months ago , as well as losing, through extractions, of mainly molars, around 12 teeth and 3 wisdoms, in a period between 1998 and 2026, 15total and 5 in Feb 24, and now remaining 12 teeth this recent surgery...17 by Aspen , total.....both surgeries there went well and the tough part is the healing and fitting...a recent former dentist, who extracted around 3 to 6 of them, made partials but I never took to the feel and due to dry mouth and lack of routine hygiene appointments, cavities followed and untimely fillings and the like, caused mouth to decline even faster and dentures were inevitable πŸ˜€..a nutritionist coached me through healthier diet choices as well as today, and mainly cosmetics is my main reason, as well as maintaining a healthy

Edit to 5 stars. I was in pain and grouchy first review. I had my tooth extracted and they were amazing. If not for my job they could have gotten me in sooner. Now that I'm an established patient it'll also help. They got me right in, numbed me. I was worried that it wasn't enough so he gave me more. They were all very nice. I felt really comfortable. Embarrassed that I let my teeth get that way but so happy to have it out quick with least amount of pain. I would give 5 stars if they could have done something that day. I called with a dental emergency and they got me in quick to say the same thing that I already had a referral for. They said on the phone that i could prob get it done that day. I was told that I'd have to be awake to get in asap. I didn't know that sedation was an option. I just want it out. I'm in pain. Cant eat, sleep or function well pain. They were booked so made an appt for a wk later. I understand the epidemic but I'd rather have another child than to have a bad tooth. They got me in much faster than other surgeons but you can see its really bad. It's broke and breathing hurts. Nerves are exposed. If can't do anything that day help with pain please. The other
